Λοιπόν αφού τέθηκε αυτός ο αντισυνταγματικός κανόνας στη Βενετία που πρέπει να πληρώνουμε μόνο για να μπούμε έχω τα εξής ερωτήματα αν πήγε κάποιος και είδε από κοντά το γίνεται.
Όταν κατεβαίνεις από το τρένο έχει κάτι σαν τελωνείο που ελέγχουν αν έχεις πληρώσει (δηλαδή ελέγχονται όλοι) η απλώς γίνονται έλεγχοι στο δρόμο ρωτώντας τυχαία περαστικούς και αν ναι αυτό γίνεται μόνο έξω από το σταθμό η μπορεί και στη πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου και γενικότερα σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος της πόλης;
Και τι γίνεται αν πας χωρίς να έχεις πληρώσει;

Υπάρχουν άτομα με καρτελάκι και κίτρινα γιλέκα έξω από τον σταθμό άλλα πιστεύω ότι ο έλεγχος μπορεί να γίνει οπουδήποτε από οποιονδήποτε έχει την ιδιότητα έλεγχου.
Δεν είναι για όλες τις μέρες της εβδομάδας και όλο τον χρόνο.
Δεν είναι αντισυνταγματικό.
Δεν σε αναγκάζει κανένας να πας.
Το κόστος είναι αμελητέο μπροστά σε αυτά που θα ξοδέψεις στην πόλη.
Είναι ασήμαντο όταν μιλάμε για τη Βενετία.
Πλήρωσε και μην παραπονιέσαι.

Access Fee for the Ancient City of Venice
In the box above, you are required to write the initials of the first name and surname of the holder of the Access Fee, where it is indicated, if the initials have not already been entered.
The Access Fee is a compulsory payment for access to the city of Venice unless the exclusion/exemption criteria apply, in accordance with the Municipal Regulations approved by Municipal Council Resolution Number 51 of 12.09.2023 and subsequent amendments and additions, and the implementing resolutions issued by the Municipal Council.
The ticket confirming the Access Fee payment is valid until midnight of the day indicated on the ticket. It must contain the initials of the first name and surname of the individual charged with the payment to be valid.
Failure to provide proof of payment may result in sanctions under the provisions of the above-mentioned Municipal Regulations.
The payment ticket may be cancelled until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the day of the validity of the ticket. If the ticket is cancelled within this period, the amounts paid will be refunded to the same instrument used for the original payment.
With the cancellation of the ticket, all the other payment tickets under the same transaction are cancelled. These requests are made by accessing Cancel the Access Fee - Venezia Unica
Requests for refunds made after the date of validity of the ticket, which must, in any case, be submitted within the time limit provided for by article 1, paragraph 164 of Italian Law Number 296 dated December 27 2006, must be accompanied by the appropriate documents proving that the ticket holder did not enter the city of Venice. These requests are made by accessing the specific format available at cda.ve.it
If tickets are purchased by agencies/tour operators under the terms of the signed convention agreement, payment for the tickets cannot be cancelled and/or refunded from the date of validity of the tickets.
The Data Controller of the personal data processing is the Municipality of Venice.
The Privacy Policy in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 is published at
