Όπως ήμουν στο Facebook, διάβασα "Hi everyone, this may be our final post for a little while....but we may be back in future, so stick with us. Unfortunately you won't be able to access your MyBME videos and audio clips from tomorrow. Thank you for all your kind words and statements of support. It's only goodbye for now...
Over and out!"
Αιτία; Έχασαν το βασικό χρηματοδότη τους (Hi Melana, unfortunately we lost our core funding, so we're packing up for now and on the hunt for a new home in the future. You can read more about it here: http://bit.ly/PNYrDR)
Το άρθρο το βάζω επειδή, όταν ετοίμαζα το ταξίδι μου στο Λονδίνο, υπήρχαν κάποιοι εδώ που είχαν εκφραστεί θετικά κλπ. Πλήρες άρθρο:
After 5 amazing years at The O2, the British Music Experience is taking its final bow, closing the doors and moving on.
Our final day will be Wednesday 30 April 2014.

Since opening in 2009, we have displayed the finest collection of contemporary British music memorabilia and artefacts in the world. We have welcomed over 500,000 visitors who have explored, played, listened to and experienced the real history of modern Britain through our collection. Over 200,000 of those visitors were students from schools, colleges, youth organisations in the UK and beyond who benefited from our unique education programme.

Over the years we’ve been visited by some incredible artists who have taken part in our public programme series. From veterans like Ronnie Wood and The Faces to fresh new talent Rudimental via Brinsley Ford and Sylosis we’ve explored every angle of British music and its influences. Through our temporary exhibitions, we’ve also delved a little deeper into some of the artists, both domestic and international, who have shaped the music we listen to today: Messenger: The Bob Marley Exhibition, Rip This Joint: The Rolling Stones 1972 and Daniel Kramer: Photographs of Bob Dylan.

Altogether, it’s been an incredible five years and we hope the future will bring more of the same. Until then, from all of the staff, and Trustees of the BME, a huge THANK YOU to the artists, photographers, promoters, innovators and costume designers who gave us something to celebrate; to all our donors and lenders; to our friends at The O2 and to you, the public, who truly taught us that the real history of modern Britain is written in its music.
